The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, always willing to go the extra mile to make us feel welcome. We also loved the free use of the sauna, which was the perfect way to unwind after a day of sightseeing. The location was also great, with easy access to public transportation and plenty of nearby restaurants and shops.

The lack of complimentary water in the room, which made late-night thirst a bit of a challenge. some of the staff members didn't speak English very well, which made communication a bit difficult at times.

We spent an amazing Christmas at this hotel! the staff was very friendly and welcoming, making us feel at home right away. the food was absolutely delicious, especially the Christmas dinner which included traditional German dishes. We also enjoyed the cozy and warm atmosphere of the hotel, with beautiful decorations that gave us a festive feeling.

That the Wi-Fi was not very strong, which made it difficult to stream Christmas movies. the location was a bit far from the city center, but the hotel provided a shuttle service that made it easier to explore the surroundings.

Secondly, the location of the hotel was perfect for both families with children and nature enthusiasts. The nearby town of Niemegk offered unexpected attractions, while the surrounding Naturpark provided ample opportunities for hiking and outdoor activities. Lastly, the service at the hotel was exceptional. The staff at the reception and restaurant were friendly and spoke excellent English, making communication a breeze.

This hotel is conveniently located near the autobahn, perfect for those travelling by car. But, it's also close to nature, with a forest just a short walk away. the room was comfortable, and the breakfast was delicious, with fresh and tasty food.

Some facilities in the hotel were lacking, and the carpets in the room were old and had a damp smell, slightly unpleasant.
